Directions for Use:

1. Pour a small amount of the oil into the palm of your hand.
2. Massage onto the targeted areas until fully absorbed.
3. Wrap the treated areas with a towel, then with plastic wrap.
4. Leave on for about 2 hours.
5. Rinse off afterward.
6. Repeat the process 3 times per week .
